Questions
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan & billing in Social Stinger. You keep Pro until the end of the month you've paid for, then move to Free. No cancellation fees.
- What happens to my data if I downgrade?
- Nothing is deleted. Saved searches beyond 1 are paused, not deleted, and so are extra competitors and App Store apps. You choose which search and competitor stay active, and upgrading again brings everything back. Alerts switch to the daily digest.
- What does “once they're 24 hours old” mean on Free?
- Free shows every matching lead, but new ones appear as locked cards until they're 24 hours old. Pro shows them the moment Social Stinger finds them, which matters because the first good reply usually wins.
- How do I pay?
- By card through DodoPayments, our payment provider, right inside Social Stinger. Billing is monthly.
